Pediatric Physiotherapy

Embodying what it means to thrive

3.png

Much of a child’s identity is defined by their ability to explore and interact with their environment. Whether it’s an infant learning to walk for the first time, a young person navigating their way through a disability, or an avid athlete training to take home the championship - when our ability to engage in an activity is disrupted by a physical problem, that can be extremely upsetting to both children and parents.

If your child isn’t demonstrating age-appropriate behavior, or has a movement problem limiting their daily activities, Thrive Physiotherapy could help. Physiotherapy can improve overall function, strength, and coordination, and most importantly, restore joy and independence derived from the desired task at hand.

Finally, children are not small adults and therefore should not be treated as such. Our
physiotherapist will evaluate each child and determine treatment based on their specific needs, while incorporating loads of fun into the sessions at our new and welcoming facility.

Patient Feedback

My 10 year old daughter was suffering with back pain and she was lucky enough to have Holly as her therapist. Holly is wonderful with kids, is really encouraging and makes them feel extremely comfortable. We stumbled upon Holly by chance, but can’t imagine having any other therapist helping my daughter during that time.
